I'm getting big pimple-like blemishes on my face. They definitely show up. When I stop using it, they go away, but when I start using it again, they come back without fail... The Apieu one was the same way. The texture of the Tensioning Pack was really nice, but... it seems the ingredients just don't agree with me.

I wanted it to be matte, but it wasn't as matte as I thought.

At first, I was disappointed because there was a lot of flaky skin when I started using it, but when I used the Daiso crappy puff, there was no flaky skin at all.
I tend to focus on coverage because I have a lot of blemishes, but the coverage is not good.
I used shade 13, but it's darker than I expected.

The adhesion was good.
If you pat it several times with a puff, it adheres well and does not come off much when touched by hand.
If you don't apply it only with the built-in puff, there is absolutely no emphasis on flaky skin.

After finishing it, I went back to using the powder case I used to use, and it felt like I got back the feeling I used to have.
But when I tried the Perfect Cover, it was the most successful cushion I've used so far. But lately, with the fine dust storm, my chin, cheek, and temple areas have become very swollen, so I'm going to switch to another powder.
And over time, it cakes a lot around the nose.
But because the coverage is good, I used the Perfect Cover for four or five consecutive bottles.

The case is pretty.
If you use the 21st shade of another cushion, I recommend the Perfect Cover 13th shade for those with whiter necks, not the collaboration.
If you're looking for a product with good coverage that can cover skin troubles and bumps, I recommend this.

The coverage is great! The color is beautiful - just the right white...? I was debating between 21 and 13, but ended up getting 13. It's a bit bright, but still quite nice.

I applied it thinly all over, and then used a color correcting cushion (?) on the areas where oil came through, which helped a bit with the caking.

Since I'm not sure about my skin type, when it gets a bit dusty or windy, it cakes around the sides of my nose and laugh lines... and that's after about an hour. It also transfers a lot onto my hands and clothes. And if I go over it with a brush for contouring, the base disappears.

The coverage is really good. I can use this and put the concealer aside. It also applies evenly without any unevenness.

 When I want to make it more hydrating, I'll spritz on my existing essence or facial mist, gently pat it in with my fingertips to help it seep through the mesh dispenser, and then pick it up with the puff to apply.
Or I'll dot on the foundation first, then spritz the mist over it, almost stamping it onto my face.

The application tool really makes a big difference in how smoothly it applies.
So instead of just washing an old puff, it's better to get a new one, as that will help it apply more seamlessly.
If you like the water-drop puffs, dampening it or using basic techniques can make it apply really well - the Daiso water-drop puff in particular has a great size match with the foundation's mesh.

 For facial contouring, I intentionally apply less foundation or skip it altogether on areas like the hairline and jawline. So I didn't feel any discomfort when doing the outer contouring.
However, when doing nose contouring, even the slightest brush stroke leaves visible brush marks on the foundation, and that area gets completely wiped off.
So using this foundation makes it quite difficult for me to do powder contouring.

Also, the longevity seems quite lacking. When I check the mirror after school, the 'Perfect Cover' claim is nowhere to be seen, as the unevenness is very apparent.
But I'm hesitant to do touch-ups, as the foundation doesn't seem to have much moisture, so it might look cakey.
The area around my cheekbones especially appears very stark and white.

Additionally, foundations that come in a mesh dispenser tend to get used up quite quickly. Since the puff frequently touches the central part, by around 3 weeks of use, most of the foundation has shifted to the sides, making it very difficult to apply.

In summary, while this foundation is truly perfect in the initial application and for a few hours, over time it loses all of its functionality. First of all, the case is so much my style and the color matches so well. Whenever I apply foundation or BB cream, it usually matches well at first, but over time it always feels like it gets darker than my original skin tone.

Moreover, I've been using pink beige all this time, but this time I tried switching to a more yellow-toned one, and I'm much more satisfied with how natural and bright the color is.
The texture is so smooth and adheres well to the skin, so I can spread a small amount across my entire face. It also gives a very seamless, skin-like finish.

Make sure to have a solid skincare routine and apply it before makeup to prevent cakiness!

The Tension Pact Perfect Cover may not be suitable for dry skin types as it is not very moisturizing and can look cakey.
