After washing my face, I immediately spray this three times on both cheeks and forehead, wait for it to absorb, and at night I use the same line's Vitamin E night cream. This combination is the best for nighttime! In the morning, I spray this, apply essence and serum, then use The Body Shop's seaweed line gel moisturizer (which isn't available in Korea) before makeup. It's absolutely fantastic! If you have oily skin, this might be a bit too much. It feels like it replenishes not just hydration, but also oils.

When I spray this generously and pat it in, followed by just a moisturizer, my skin feels so hydrated. Even right before applying BB cushion, I spray this and apply makeup directly over it - no pilling and no dryness. It works hard to keep my skin feeling fresh! The ingredients in The Body Shop products overall are a bit disappointing... Still, it's become a staple in my routine, so I'll keep using it.
