Pros
My hair is quite frizzy and thick, so I've tried all sorts of hair treatments and conditioners. But I think I've finally found the right product for me! I've only used it twice so far, but compared to what I was using before, my hair feels instantly softer when I rinse it out, and even after drying, it doesn't get as dry and frizzy, so I don't have to use as much hair essence. I can really feel it deeply moisturizing my hair. And when I use the hair essence along with this product, the combination works great - my hair stays smooth and silky even over time. I'm definitely seeing a noticeable improvement in my hair's condition!
Cons
I did take off one star because I felt like there might be something even better out there, but other than that, I really liked it! The only thing is that the fragrance doesn't seem to linger after using it. But aside from that, it's been great!
Tip

Pros
My stiff hair seems to be getting a bit softer! No matter what shampoo I use, this conditioner makes my hair as soft and supple as seaweed.

Pros
The conditioner was great as it was effective even after just 3-5 minutes of application before rinsing. It had an extremely powerful effect in a shorter time compared to other treatments!
Cons
It's expensive, so I've been stocking up on it during sales. Once I use up what I have, I'm considering trying Baobab instead, because of the cost-effectiveness.
Tip
When applying it to your hair, spread it evenly all over, and then use your hands to gently massage it from the roots to the tips. This way, it will really penetrate all the way through.

Pros
My scalp is oily and my hair is dry, which is a frustrating combination. However, using this shampoo for oily hair has really helped. After rinsing, my hair feels so moisturized and nourished. I can definitely feel the difference and I plan to repurchase this product. ☺
Cons
It's a bit disappointing that the cap is not easy to clean, and there aren't many other reviews available. I bought this product because Olive Young promoted it as the #1 item in the UK, but it seems like not many people are actually using it??! It's a shame that the brand awareness is so low.
