The fragrance is too irritating. The more you wipe with the pads, the more it smells like a men's cologne?? It's quite strong, and when I wiped around my lips, my lips felt numb, like after eating malatang. It's quite irritating. I don't think it would be good for sensitive skin.

When you wipe it, it's really neat and clean, without any clutter. It seems to thoroughly clean up any impurities. Haha, this would be good to use in the summer, especially for oily skin.

I would recommend this morning cleansing toner for those with oily skin, but strongly advise against it for those with dry skin. You will feel extremely tight and uncomfortable.

I was shocked when I looked at the ingredients after using it only in the mornings. I didn't have any major breakouts from using this product, but the ingredients are really not good.

I used it for 3 years... It was great to use in the morning as it cleansed nicely. Since I have a combination skin type and products with excess oil tend to make my makeup slide off quickly, this was perfect for a light use. I didn't really feel it was excessively drying.

It was fine for the first few days, but then red spots started appearing. My eyes feel irritated, it's not good.

The refreshing fragrance was nice. The slightly tart finish was good.

For those with dry skin, this toner may be a bit drying to use. It has more of a mist-like feel.

Since I have sensitive skin, using a slightly heavier toner can leave an oily feeling, but this one applies almost like water.

There's quite a bit left, but I'm not sure what to use it for.

In the summer, I had a lot of milia (small white bumps) and oiliness, so I used this product, but on the days I used it, my cheeks felt extremely tight.

After cleansing my face in the morning, I used a makeup remover pad and noticed that the residue (?) came off, indicating that it was cleaning my skin thoroughly.

However, after that initial cooling feeling fades, there's a slight discomfort that's a bit irritating. I'm not sure of the exact reason, but it seems like my acne has gotten a bit worse since using this product. So I've stopped using it and am monitoring the results.
If you have acne or skin allergies, I'd recommend thinking it over carefully before using this product.

I bought this because it was marketed as being for complex skin, and when I applied it, I really liked the cool, refreshing sensation that lasted for a few seconds on my skin.

The lid is too stiff.
After cleansing, it feels a bit irritated.
And it dries out too easily, like a water cleanser.

This is the first time I've been curious about the ingredients in a product..;

My younger brother, who has a lot of acne, used this and said his skin got worse after using it.
I'm usually able to use most products without any major skin issues, so I was pretty oblivious...
But this is the first time my skin has flipped out after using a product;
Tiny pimples popped up all over my forehead and cheeks, making them red and bumpy;;
My skin is definitely not dry, with my forehead being oily and my cheeks being a bit less oily, so combination skin...
I'm really disappointed ㅠㅠ I used to love The Body Shop so much.. I don't like the ingredients either..

The cooling sensation is very strong!

(It's a shame to throw it away...) Be sure to control the amount carefully!! Personally, I spray it once each on my forehead and cheeks, let it absorb, and then apply another toner. (I wonder when I'll ever finish this... It might be better to just buy a different product to use instead.)

Whether I applied it by scooping it from the container, wiping it on with a cotton pad, or spraying it directly onto my face, the result was the same.
 
The initial sensation was fresh, but if you don't control the amount properly, the area around your nose and mouth becomes extremely painful. And even the slightest bit getting into your eyes is excruciating.

My younger sibling bought two units of the One-to-One product, keeping one for themselves and giving me the other. However, they found it too painful to use, so they gave me their unit as well. My sibling is quite careless, while I am quite diligent, so I thought it would be fine for me to use.
 
When I first applied it directly to my hand and patted it onto my face, it felt incredibly cooling, refreshing, and as if I had dipped my face in seawater and it had become clean! In that moment, I thought, 'Wow, this is a life-changing product!' That was how I felt in that instant.

Soak the cotton pad sufficiently and
don't wipe more than twice.
Using it after a mineral mist or without drying your face with a towel is less irritating.

The ingredients have become even more intense, so I've returned to it.
I've found a toner that suits me better and have been using that, and that's when I realized
that this toner contributed to my redness.

It was a toner I used to use a lot before the renewal!
My younger sister still uses it, so I occasionally use it too.
It's not bad.
When used with a cotton pad, it helps with exfoliation and leaves a refreshing feeling.
