As I have sensitive skin, I've been using this product for a year now to deal with skin troubles that arise every spring. Previously, using cleansers in the morning would leave my skin feeling very tight, but with this product, I can comfortably use it for my morning cleansing routine. 
It doesn't lather much, and after washing, there's no squeaky-clean feeling, which felt strange at first, but now I realize I'm using a truly gentle product and I'm quite satisfied with it.

I switched from using an oil-based primary cleanser, and after cleansing, there is no oily, slick feeling, but also not a foamy, squeaky-clean feeling - just the right amount of moisture.

I don't usually wear heavy makeup, just sunscreen, cushion foundation, tint, and blush, and it removes everything cleanly.

After using the cleansing milk, you can do a light second cleanse with a foam cleanser for a thorough cleansing.

The price is not very affordable, and I was a bit surprised after checking the ingredients on Hwahae. I thought it was a really mild product, but there were also some allergens. Fortunately, it works well for my skin.

The fresh rose and cucumber scent is pleasant when cleansing. I prefer the cleansing milk over the soy face cleanser. It doesn't feel very irritating, so it seems suitable for sensitive skin.

It's quite nice to use, very mild and suitable for sensitive dry skin, I recommend it.
