Personally, I really love this cream!! I happened to pass by a sale in the neighborhood and bought one, and after applying it, my skin became so soothed and brightened! I have combination/atopic/acne/scar/super sensitive skin, and when I apply it at night and wake up in the morning, my skin feels so smooth, soothed, and brightened - the effects are definitely noticeable. Pros
There are no bad ingredients at all.. I didn't feel much when I first used it, but after using it for a year, I feel like my skin troubles have improved a lot. It's definitely less dry than before.
Cons

I've never purchased a product right after trying a sample, but I'm so pleased with this one! I have dry skin, and when my skin was in really poor condition and feeling rough, applying this product gave me a sense that a healthy oil was covering my skin. I realized this is what a skin barrier cream is like, and I'm using it so well now. Looking at the ingredients, it seems there are hardly any bad ones, so I can use it with confidence. This is a product that I would protest if it were discontinued. I don't know when it was released, but I'm so glad I found out about it now. This product is perfect for me - it has only advantages and no drawbacks. As you can see from my skin type, my skin is the most problematic during seasonal changes. It's dry, I have eczema and allergies around my eyes, and I even get pimples. Makeup doesn't sit well on my skin, and it's just a mess. Applying it at night, sleeping, and waking up to do your makeup results in very smooth makeup application.
Cons
Before applying makeup, it feels too thick and oily, which is burdensome. Since the sample size is quite large, I applied a lot and slept, and ended up with about 3 small blemishes.
