This was the only cream that was able to rescue me from my severe dehydration struggles.
The hydrating creams marketed for dry skin types were too lightweight and left my skin dry again quickly, while regular creams felt heavy and greasy on the surface without actually addressing the internal dryness - plus they caused breakouts. This cream is a true lifesaver that I will be using forever...

Surprisingly, this cream works incredibly well for my dry skin. Even in the summer, I apply a thin layer as the last step and the severe dryness is completely gone. I layer the skin toner more than twice, and then gently massage a small amount of the cream into the still damp skin, mixing it with the remaining toner. This leaves my skin feeling plump and hydrated. I then apply a small, even layer on top and pat it in to fully absorb. In the winter, I add 2 drops of tamanu oil as the final step.
This cream fully absorbs without any greasy residue, yet my skin feels intensely moisturized, which seems perfect for my dry skin type. Applying multiple layers at once doesn't work well, so I recommend the light layering approach.

When applied, it leaves a whitish cast that requires some rubbing in.

The fragrance may be divisive, and the scent lingers for quite a while if you wear it with a mask.
For oily skin types or in the summer, the oil content may make it difficult to use.

The moisturizing power is good, so it seems suitable for use on dry skin or in the winter.

I didn't use it, but my cousins did. Since my friends with atopic dermatitis can't use most cosmetics, they would go around in the winter without putting anything on. But their skin looked so cracked and dry, so I gave them this as a gift. They've been using it well and it's been moisturizing.

When I first bought it, my skin was a little bad. Since I usually do skincare half-heartedly, I thought 'Is it because it's dry?' and applied it every evening, but my skin got even worse. It separates from the water easily. It comes out with a watery, runny consistency, like diarrhea. I couldn't find a good reason why it has to be this expensive. It wasn't particularly dramatic. It's the most expensive among the online brands, so I wish they'd change their strategy a bit...

It feels smooth and velvety, like hot spring water. It's gentle. It says it can be used as an eye cream, which is good, but there's a lot of debate about whether eye cream is really necessary... Many people say you can just use a regular moisturizer. So I thought the claim about skin changes with more application was just strong marketing, since that's a common tactic. But since it's written that way, I get the sense it might be a bit different~~ The quality is good!

The scent is not particularly pleasant... It absorbs slowly, so in the summer, it can cause facial sweating and makeup smearing.

I used to have a lot of milia on my dry skin, but I don't know if it's because my skin is now hydrated, but I no longer get breakouts and when I wake up in the morning, I can really feel that my skin is in great condition~ Lately, I've also been hearing a lot of compliments about my makeup applying well and my skin looking better! It's not a nice oil, it feels like dirty oil coming up... I also got a few breakouts. It only applies on the skin surface and I couldn't feel any absorption. The spreadability is also poor..
