I'm usually not the type to buy products based on YouTube reviews or product reviews, but since they said this product is used by dermatologists for all skin types, I've always been satisfied with the cleansing foams and milks I've used from dermatologists, but for some reason I never even tried to buy this one. So I decided to purchase it.
For my first purchase, I ordered the 250ml personal size, and the results were absolutely perfect. I've never really thought that foam cleansers have a big impact on my skin, so I just used whatever I could get my hands on, but after downloading the Hwahae app and being swayed by the rankings, I tried an mildly acidic foam cleanser, and every time I used it, it would cause me painful acne. So from the very first try, I stopped caring so much about rankings or ingredients.
After that, I was strongly recommended the Origins foam cleanser at the duty-free shop, and after using it, the cystic acne I had been dealing with started to calm down, and I ended up using several bottles without even realizing it. But then the COVID situation happened and I started wearing less makeup, so I found the Origins foam cleanser to be a bit too strong for my bare skin, and it felt burdensome. Plus, with the masks and everything, I developed a lot of small bumps and scars on my chin and cheek area, and I was looking for a hydrating, gentle product to solve the bumps, so I went back to being a product nomad. Luckily, a friend who works at Lush recommended their cleansers and skincare, and since the reviews for the cleansers and basic skincare for dealing with bumps were quite good, I tried them one by one.
As a result, my skin has become quite clean, and now that my skin has settled down, I was looking for a cleansing product that's not too squeaky clean but also not too hydrating, and that's when I discovered this product. It perfectly meets my criteria - it's not irritating, but it doesn't leave a residue either. I can see why it's recommended for all skin types. I've used about half a bottle so far, and I'm already planning to order the large size when I run out. Now my scars are barely visible, and except for that one time of the month, I don't have any acne at all - I'm so happy. Now I just need to find the right toner and cream to complete my routine!
