I purchased this item because I wanted to try a reddish-free brown eyeshadow after using a soft brown one. It has almost no reddish or yellowish tones, so it's great for adding subtle shadowing to areas like the nose bridge. The pigmentation isn't super intense, but that's actually a good thing - it allows you to build up the color gradually with a brush, creating a natural-looking shadow effect. You don't have to worry about it being too heavy or overpowering. Since it's quite neutral with minimal redness, it should work well for both cool-toned and warm-toned skin. Back in the day, when I thought of mac eyeshadow, I thought of soba, but it was too warm-toned for my cool-toned skin, so I bought the Wedge based on the store employee's recommendation. Wedge has a brownish-gray tone without the yellow undertone, so I used it as a versatile base shade for a long time!! The powder has minimal fallout, the color payoff is natural, and it doesn't cake up whether I use my fingers or a brush, so it was really a reliable product that I used for a long time! Back when only warm and reddish shades were available, I even used Wedge for contouring.
Cons
There's nothing really bad about it~ I even bring it with me every time I travel, and the case is sturdy so there's no damage.

Pros
This eyeshadow is great for daily use. It doesn't have any reddish or yellowish tones, so it doesn't make the eyelids look puffy. It blends naturally with both cool and warm skin tones. While the pigmentation isn't super intense with just one application, you can build up the desired eyeshadow look by layering it on. This gives a more natural finish. As expected, MAC's eyeshadows have great color payoff and lasting power. There's no shimmer at all, so you can mix and match it with any pearl eyeshadow to create diverse looks.
Cons
There aren't really any downsides. The color doesn't show up super strongly in one layer, but using a brush works better than just finger swatches.
Tip
I'd recommend using a brush rather than your fingers. The eyeshadow blends seamlessly with any pearl eyeshadow shades you use with it.

- Color This is a color that is not too yellow, but has a slight grayish tint! While there isn't a huge difference in how it looks when applied versus not applied, it does create a nice shadowy effect! And I also use it well for nose contouring!! As a contour shade in the three-point shadow technique, it's not too dark and looks nicely flushed out! It doesn't lean too warm or too cool!
Cons
Personally, this is a product I'm really satisfied with and using, so there aren't any downsides!
Tip
Try using it for nose contouring!! The natural shadowing effect it creates will leave you satisfied!

I'm a muted tone that spans from summer cool to autumn warm. Soba absolutely does not suit me! It makes me look like dirt is stuck in my eyes, but this one naturally creates shadows!! Top left in the photo

Natural-looking shadow colors like a shadow. Can be used not only on the eyes but also for detailed contouring. You can create a fairly deep look by layering it several times. It doesn't look hollow when applied underneath and looks beautifully subtle.
Cons
Korean brands are too expensive. For the high price, the eyeshadow quality doesn't seem that great.

Pros
There's minimal fallout, so you can just slap it on with a brush and the color payoff is great! The shade matches my natural shadows perfectly, it's a perfect fit!!! It's also great for nose contouring! When you apply it to the outer corners of the eyes, it naturally fills in the triangular area! Filling in the triangular area with a mismatched eyeshadow can look tacky and dated, but this has none of that! The color is amazing. My eyes are deep-set and hooded, so getting a natural-looking shadow is key to a pretty vs. harsh look. That's why I fell for this shade even harder. I think the natural-looking dimension is the best quality of all these eyeshadows. The soft, natural dimension is the top selling point of the Wedge shade!
Cons
Does anyone know how to remove those hardened marks on the eyeshadow surface caused by the oil? I feel like I wasted almost a thousand won trying to scrape that off without damaging it ㅠㅠ It didn't happen with the other matte shadows, so I wonder why this one did ㅠㅠ

The Picasso brush combo is a total knockout. I don't know what the Picasso is, but it worked exceptionally well with this!
