When I use it on my gray hair, it really brings out a light golden color. I'm not sure why that color is there.

The treatment made my hair soft, easy to brush, and smooth.

My natural hair color is a deep brown. I used to use The Face Shop products, but they didn't show up well, so I tried Missha products. My hair length is just below my shoulders, and to get the color to show up nicely, you should buy at least 5 boxes!! When held up to the light, it's a mix of bright yellow and olive tones. In slightly dimmer lighting, it just looks a bit brighter than before.

My hair length was about 2-3cm below the collarbone, and I used 3 packs. And while the instructions said to leave it on for 5 minutes, I waited about 30 minutes before rinsing it off... The effect was zero.

I used it on my natural black hair, but the color didn't show up at all and it just turned my scalp yellow. If your hair isn't dyed or bleached, the treatment function is basically useless.

I read the reviews of other people with natural hair saying it doesn't work, but I thought 'it'll work for me' and tried it. But it didn't work at all~

They said to wait for about 5 minutes, but I think if you wait just a little bit longer, like 10 minutes, the color will develop more vibrantly. Definitely bleach first before doing the dye.

I did the dye without bleaching my already dark brown hair, and the color only showed up a little at the ends... I really recommend bleaching first before doing the dye.
