In spring and winter, use it 3 times a week. In summer and fall, you can use it daily. But using it daily might be too irritating as it's a peeling toner.

It's too sensitive to use daily. In the summer, it's fine as my sebum production is high, but in spring, fall, and winter, there's some tightness and slight irritation. However, it does seem to control the sebum production well. There's a slight stinging sensation, but it's manageable. The 100ml size is a bit pricey considering the quantity. I've been using it for 4 years, but they haven't sent any samples of the lotion.
