Compared to gel-type products from other brands, I rarely felt dryness after cleansing. With other products, I often felt dry, so this was the aspect I was most satisfied with. For those with oily skin types and those prone to blemishes, which is probably most users, I can't say it dramatically reduces blemishes by my standards, but it does improve them somewhat, and at the very least, it doesn't make them worse. I've been using this exclusively for about 2 years now. Honestly, I don't have any complaints about the product itself... If I really had to pick something, it might be the price...?
