Pros
Although I ended up buying it by chance, I find it quite useful and have been using it! The tightness or dryness on my skin was less than expected, and on particularly dry days, applying some toner seems to help alleviate the dryness to some degree. The usage experience is truly akin to the feeling of having thoroughly cleansed the skin.
Cons
The scent is a bit peculiar at first. There's a hint of alcohol and lavender, which was a bit surprising initially, but I've grown accustomed to it over time. Pros
I've been using this toner for years because the ingredients are great, and I've tried many other products in between, but I can't find one as good as this.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. If I had to nitpick, the artificial fragrance is a bit strong, I guess?

Pros
It's sad... The review I had written all got lost ㅠ I'll have to write it briefly again. 1. Since it's non-alcoholic and lightweight, it's great for 7-skin. It's not burdensome and has little irritation, so it's good to mix with other things like hyaluronic acid or apply an extra layer after a moisturizer. 2. After the 7-skin, there's a plumping sensation, maybe due to the tannin component from the witch hazel extract. Even though it's non-alcoholic, the skin feels very refreshed. 3. The packaging is really nice. It's transparent and lightweight, with a low height relative to the volume, so it's easy to store in cabinets. The small opening makes it easy to dispense into smaller bottles, and the top part opens when you twist it, so I plan to clean and disinfect it to reuse for other toners once it's empty.
Cons
1. The artificial lavender fragrance is too strong. It becomes burdensome during the 7-skin process. Sure enough, the fragrance is high up on the ingredient list. That's why I found another toner for 7-skin. 2. The price isn't expensive, but for using it liberally for 7-skin and as a mist, a cheaper option would be better. You can find it cheaper online, but a lot of the time it's from overseas, which is inconvenient. I'm planning to switch to a gentler and more affordable domestic product. 3. The witch hazel extract seems to be both a pro and a con - I've heard it's an ingredient that can't be completely non-irritating. Occasionally, on days when my skin was very dry, or maybe because I used a different toner before, I'm not sure, but the stinging sensation would suddenly flare up after the 7-skin. I rinsed it off with water and used another toner, and it was fine. Sometimes, just the area around my chin and upper lip would feel a bit stingy after the 7-skin, though it didn't cause any breakouts.
Tip
Since the opening is small but the bottle is large, I dispense it into a 7ml bottle like the one in the photo and do the 7-skin with that. When I use it all the way up to my neck, the 7ml is just the right amount. If I clean and disinfect the bottle well, I think it would be good to decant a larger volume of another toner and use that.

The scent was lavender and it was good for just wiping. I sometimes do face masks, and it seems to have some effect on acne as well.
Cons
The lavender scent might be a bit too much... It has an artificial fragrance ㅠㅠ

It was really great that it was non-alcoholic and finished with moisture absorption. Using the 7-skin method, I'd say it feels like it penetrates deep into the skin...
Cons
The fragrance was too artificial. I would recommend a different scent for those sensitive to fragrances...
