It feels gentle and close to natural, which enhances that impression. However, it doesn't suit me personally. Suddenly experienced a burning sensation, itchiness, and a lack of cooling effect. So disappointing! - a0**********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 21, 2021
This product deserves some hype. My hairstylist recommended it, and I've stuck with it ever since. 1. My hair tends to be a bit stiff, but I can feel it becoming softer when I use this. 2. I had scalp inflammation, but it improved significantly after using this product. 3. It makes my hair so soft that I don't even need to use a conditioner. 1. The biggest issue is the smell. At first, it comes across as a somewhat healthy scent, but after a few days, it can suddenly become overwhelming at times. However, once you rinse it out, the scent is fine. 2. It's expensive. After shampooing for about 2 minutes, rinse and finish with a cold water rinse. Let's pat our hair dry with a towel and then blow-dry with cool air, everyone! - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedNov 6, 2018
It definitely doesn't irritate my scalp. Recently, due to hormonal imbalance, I've been experiencing oily scalp, pimples, itchiness, dandruff, and sensitivity. But when using this, it's less itchy compared to other shampoos. The dandruff has also reduced significantly. At first, I thought it was just another unknown brand that's too expensive and wasn't sure if it was that good. But comparing it to other shampoos, my scalp feels noticeably more comfortable. When my body condition improved, using this shampoo balanced the oil and moisture on my scalp and hair perfectly (though some oil does build up by bedtime, but that's after a long day). It seems to contain some oil, so it doesn't give that super squeaky clean feeling. Despite that, it's definitely less itchy. The lather is excellent with just one pump. It seems to contain oils that make the hair soft (definitely not silicone-induced softness). So it might not be suitable for oily scalps as it could make the hair greasy quickly. Also, if you have straight hair lacking volume, this might weigh it down a bit. And the price is really quite high. But when you consider that other high-end shampoo brands are in this price range, it's somewhat acceptable... When washing, massage your scalp thoroughly and leave it on for about 2 minutes before rinsing. The salon where I bought it gave me this advice.
