  Pros

  It does brighten the complexion. That's about it... Can't say there's anything particularly good about it.

  Cons

  It's reeeeally bad. Even after exfoliating in the morning, it pills like crazy. Anything you apply on top of it clumps, gets stuck in nose pores, and slides off! It's the worst. I used it once and threw it away.

  Pros

  It gives a subtle, natural brightening effect. Not too rich, so it leaves your skin feeling fresh and matte!

  Cons

  After about 5 minutes, it starts to look chalky and accentuates pores (I have combination dehydrated and super sensitive skin). The effect only lasts for about 2-3 hours...?

  Tip

  Try mixing a drop of facial oil with the brightening moisturizer for a smoother application

  Pros

  After checking on Hwahae, the ingredients seem pretty decent. Even though the sunscreen component is listed last, it's still there, which makes it okay for quick trips around the neighborhood.

  Cons

  I'm usually quite generous when it comes to rating cosmetics, but this product was truly disappointing. Even after exfoliating and carefully applying it, it wouldn't adhere to my skin at all. Thinking it might be due to using my hands, I tried a puff, but that just removed what little product had managed to stick. My face ended up looking completely patchy. I had to wash it all off and start over. I gave it another shot on a different day, hoping for better results, but no luck. What's worse, as soon as it touched water during cleansing, white droplets just kept falling off my face.
