The instructions say to let it dry for 3-5 minutes, but 3 minutes seemed too short. I didn't notice any changes at all.

When used correctly, it really removes dead skin cells effectively. That's why I was too scared to use it at first! It might be a bit risky for those with dry skin. If you apply it lightly and wash it off, it feels similar to a regular foam cleanser.
