I love that it's not sticky at all!
ConsThe tiny hole it comes out of is so frustrating. I wish it had a pump or was easier to use somehow.
TipUsing the essence and then following up with the cream from the same line doubles the soothing effect!

It has a barley tea color with a water-like texture. You have to cup your hands to catch it, or it'll run off. My combination dehydrated skin often has redness covering half my face due to frequent overtime work. After a week of use, I can't give a definitive answer, but my complexion seems more even. Maybe because the redness has decreased, my skin tone looks more uniform. It doesn't provide much hydration or richness. However, if you gently press it into your skin with your palms, you can feel it absorbing deeper, giving a more hydrated feeling than not using it at all. Considering my acne scars and skin condition, I apply it while meditating, thinking about absorbing antioxidants. This mindset gives me a sense of satisfaction.
ConsThe price is a real knockout. The volume makes you do a double-take. Because it's so watery, the dispenser can be frustrating when applying to a sheet mask or cotton pad. When applying with your hands, you must cup them to avoid wasting any product.
TipGently press and hold it with your palms. You can also soak a sheet mask with it. Since it's a liquid type, you might be able to use it in a mist bottle. But it's too expensive for me to do that. It's not an amount I can afford to spray into the air. As for repurchasing... if I end up working more overtime and my salary increases, maybe I'll buy it again for skincare... should I?
