It contains numerous fine pearl particles with blue and silver undertones.
ConsUnfortunately, the glitter fallout is quite severe. It seems particularly prone to this issue, which is unavoidable.

It's absolutely mesmerizing and ethereal. The texture is somewhere between a powder and a cream, which allows the shimmer to apply beautifully. The shimmer colors are diverse and gorgeous. I'd say it's about 65% blue shimmer, 33% white shimmer, and 2% subtle pink shimmer. If you love blue shimmer and that bold, Western-style makeup look, and you want to apply highlighter on your cheekbones but your regular highlighter is empty and there's only an Etude House nearby - this can definitely work as a highlighter substitute. I'm giving it 3 points mainly because of how pretty the shimmer is. If the shimmer wasn't so nice, it would've been a 2.
ConsThe staying power isn't great. The base color is not just white, it actually looks grayish. On your fingertip, it has a silvery feel, but the more you blend it, the grayer it becomes. It only starts looking pretty when you blend it so much that only the shimmer remains. However, the more you blend, the less it adheres to the skin. It's not ideal for use alone on the aegyo-sal (under-eye area). You'd need to blend it quite a bit... Your only options are to dab it in the center of the eyelid or blend it out really well. Honestly, it's somewhat usable, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. I bought it on sale because it was cheap, and that's exactly what it's worth. If you're short on cash, go for it, but otherwise, I'd suggest saving up a bit more for something better.
TipIt looks pretty when applied well over a non-shimmery base. If you blend it out properly, the grayish tone disappears and only the shimmer remains (This might work beautifully for a winter holiday makeup look!)
