ConsWhen applying cushion or foundation over this sunscreen, it tends to pill, and it can settle into the creases around the nose

The scent is lovely too. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a sunscreen with brightening effects.
ConsThere's a slight pilling when applying, but aside from that, everything else about it is fantastic.

ConsI'm not sure if it's because of its powdery texture or if my skin is a bit dry, but as I apply it, there's some pilling that happens
TipI recommend applying a thin layer for daily use!

Despite the noticeable fragrance, I checked the ingredients and found it listed at the very end. Interestingly, I didn't experience any blemishes from it - it actually felt gentler than other sunscreens. It's an incredibly matte formula with a bit of a white cast, making it perfect for solo use even in the height of summer without feeling greasy. The value for money is excellent, and while it's ultra-matte, the white cast acts like a brightening moisturizer. The oil-free formula makes it great for applying on the neck and body too. I loved its extreme matte finish, which is why I'm disappointed it's been reformulated.
ConsIt's definitely quite thick, so it can pill if your skin isn't in good condition. While it's great for wearing alone, it's not ideal as a makeup base.
TipThough it's no longer available due to reformulation, I prefer the previous version. It's fantastic for use on the neck during makeup application, acting as both a brightening moisturizer and sun protection. This sunscreen truly shines when used on its own!

ConsIf you apply too much, it tends to pill, so you need to be careful to apply just the right amount and finish properly.
TipIt's usually 10,000 won each, but they often have buy-one-get-one-free deals, so make sure to grab it then!

ConsIt feels quite thick and heavy. If you don't apply a good base, it pills like dead skin. It really settles into wrinkles and feels like it's clogging pores. I bought it cheaply during a 1+1 sale, but it's not great. It dries quickly and doesn't apply evenly. Overall, it feels suffocating on the skin.
TipUnless you have extremely oily skin, those with dry skin will likely be very disappointed with this product.

ConsAt first, there's a bit of pilling, but after a short while, it adheres well to the skin and feels quite nice.
TipFor quick outings, I found that applying just this was enough for me!

My skin is extremely dry. In winter, if I don't moisturize properly, my forehead and nose start developing flaky patches and dead skin cells, which then spread across my face... Even in summer, there's no oiliness at all, just a bit of sweat :( But there's a catch... I'm very prone to blemishes. My skin is super sensitive, so if I eat foods high in sodium like chips or instant noodles, I immediately break out around my nose and cheeks. Of course, products with harsh ingredients cause breakouts too :( At least I don't have acne... Anyway, I'm really at a loss about how to manage my skin :( The Good: Summary: Perfect texture + Gentle + Natural brightening First off, the sunscreen's texture is neither too runny nor too thick - it's just right (exactly how I like it). It's also very gentle, causing zero blemishes, which I love. Since it's a pink sunscreen, it gives a very natural brightening effect, making my complexion look healthier. It's perfect for wearing to school. There's no white cast (though it does brighten the skin)
ConsThe Not-So-Good: Summary: Increasingly drying and pills + Small amount At first, it's moisturizing and applies well, but over time it becomes drying and starts to pill and separate :( It's even worse when applied in winter... Also, I bought it during a 1+1 sale, but the amount still feels a bit small. Since it's 50g, if you use it daily, it might last just over a month
TipPro Tip: Instead of applying it all at once, try layering it bit by bit. This seems to reduce pilling later on!

White cast Many people might consider the white cast a drawback, but I loved it! Instead of foundation, I just apply this sunscreen and use concealer for areas that need coverage. It's gentle on the skin, and I found it has great staying power on my complexion. 2. Matte finish I have extremely oily skin, so in summer, I'm always concerned about excess oil affecting my foundation's longevity. However, this sunscreen has a matte finish, which actually keeps me looking fresh longer than foundation, without my skin breaking down and looking messy. 3. Affordable You can get it even cheaper if you aim for the 1+1 deals
ConsDrying and pilling As expected from a mineral sunscreen, it felt a bit drying even for my oily skin. Also, if you quickly apply it roughly with your hands, it can pill and leave patchy areas later.
TipSince it can be drying, I recommend applying it over a solid skincare base. Using a puff to apply it thoroughly prevents pilling and improves longevity. It's great for those looking for a brightening moisturizer with sun protection to replace foundation! I'll definitely repurchase this.

Stickiness Personally, I really dislike when my face feels sticky. While it's not completely matte due to its sunscreen nature, it's less sticky than the Innisfree sunscreen I've tried before! 2. White cast To be honest, I don't have a particularly light complexion, so I used this product because it also helps even out skin tone! From my experience using products from Missha, Innisfree, and Dr.G, I'd say this one has more of a white cast than Dr.G's! The Missha and Innisfree sunscreens really didn't work for me! 3. Oiliness I have oily skin, so when there's too much oil on my face, my makeup slides off and separates... Fortunately, this product isn't too oily, but if you're sensitive to oil, you might want to avoid it! 4. Volume When there's a sale, it's often buy-one-get-one-free, so one purchase lasts for ages!
ConsI always use products in this order: toner - emulsion - moisturizer - sunscreen! However, after switching to Kiehl's for my moisturizer, I noticed that if the previous layers aren't fully absorbed, this sunscreen can pill up and come off like dead skin cells... Sigh... There were no issues when I only used toner and emulsion, but if you're using products that leave a rich feeling or residue on your skin, you might want to be careful!!
TipWhen buying this, make sure to get it during a sale! While the regular price isn't too expensive, they often have big discounts. It feels like you're missing out if you buy it at full price... Haha!
