  Pros

  It's incredibly easy to apply. The fragrance is lovely, and the color comes out beautifully. I really enjoyed it.

  Cons

  However, the quantity is disappointingly small. The amount you get for the price is a letdown. I don't even have particularly thick or long hair - it was just about 3 cm below my shoulders - but I barely managed with four applications.

  Tip

  I squeezed it all into a larger container and mixed in a bit of conditioner, which worked well. It seems the color fades faster when mixed with conditioner.

  Pros

  Convenience is key! I was worried about the amount, but since I have a short haircut and thin hair, one bottle was enough. Many blog reviews praised the scent, but honestly, I didn't find it that extraordinary. It's more like a mild fabric softener fragrance. However, after trying other color treatments, I realized this one does have a noticeably better scent. There was no color transfer onto towels when washing my hair afterwards. Maybe because the color is so light...

  Cons

  The color payoff is really poor... Even with my fairly light bleached hair, only the very ends showed a slight pink tint. The rest just toned down the yellow a bit. The ash pink from CP-1 looks more vibrant even after fading for 3-5 days. I've also used April Skin's orange, and that gave explosive color with just half a bottle. The peach pink seems to have the worst color payoff. It's also expensive compared to other color treatments that are much cheaper and give better results.

  Pros

  The best part was how it noticeably improved my hair texture after use. It smells great and made my hair feel much better.

  Cons

  As a student who doesn't bleach my hair, the color change was barely noticeable. When I told people I'd dyed it, they were surprised because they couldn't see any difference. While it didn't damage my hair, the amount of product was very small, and the color didn't seem to show up well.

  Pros

  It doesn't seem to damage my hair at all! The scent isn't overpowering - it's sweet but subtle.

  Cons

  I was really curious about how this would work on lightly dyed hair, since most reviews are from people who used it after bleaching. After trying it myself, I can say the effect on lightly colored hair is pretty minimal. Especially if your roots aren't dyed, there's absolutely no change there. On the dyed parts, you might see a very, very slight pinkish tint in certain lighting. If you want to use this, definitely bleach your hair first for the best results.

  Tip

  Since it only coats the outside of the hair, bleaching beforehand really is the way to go!
