You have to hold your breath while cleansing because the foam gets into your nose and mouth, making you cough. Also, I'm not sure if it's because of this product, but I seem to be developing slightly itchy red spots. I bought it for morning cleansing because it's mildly acidic and I don't wear much makeup, but I'm not sure if it's actually less irritating to my skin after use.
