I used this as a gift, and it completely wrecked my baby's skin. I'm so frustrated, honestly. After looking into it, is this a multi-level marketing product? It's truly awful that someone would create such garbage. I unknowingly used it because it was a gift, and we ended up in the emergency room with my child. From head to toe - face, chin, ears, fingers, arms, legs, toes - there wasn't a single spot left unaffected. It was covered in hives everywhere! I immediately threw it in the trash along with my baby's used items.

Those writing reviews saying it's good for newborns must all be Nu Skin distributors, right? Coming to Hwahae implies you're going to scrutinize the ingredients, and unless you're a distributor, there's no way anyone would say this is good after seeing such a terrible ingredient list. A Nu Skin acquaintance gave it to me, so I came to check the ingredients. I was shocked and threw it away. Even hand and foot cleansers probably have better ingredients than this.

However, the issue is that I used this on my newborn baby. A friend gave it to me saying it was good, so I've been using it since the newborn stage. I'm really upset about the phenoxyethanol and added fragrances. I tried so hard to avoid fragrances, only to find out I've been covering my baby in them during bath time. Moreover, when we used this, my baby's hair would start to smell and get greasy after just one day. After switching to a different product, there's no odor and no greasiness.

I liked that it came in a foam form, and when I wasn't sure about other aspects, I appreciated its strong fragrance.

It's disappointing that the quantity is small. I wish they would release a larger size.

We used Mustela when our baby was a newborn, but it made the skin dry and almost caused dermatitis. After switching to Epoch, the irritation completely subsided. It's so gentle that we've been using it consistently ever since.
