The foam lathers up nicely and has decent cleansing power with just one pump. I purchased it as a second cleansing step, and it was able to be used without any residue left behind. Depending on the season, it can be used on combination skin without any tightness. It also has the feel of the moisturizing film formation that is characteristic of rice water.
Cons
While I haven't used it for a very long time, the slightly divisive scent and the slightly thin consistency could be potential drawbacks.
Tip
Use a cleansing brush to create an even richer lather.
