Pros
It's incredibly thin, making it easy to draw, and the colors are not too overwhelming, so it's great for beginners to use. The color and the way it comes out are just so-so.... It was okay.

The color comes out well later, but in the beginning, it felt like it was clumping and not coming out properly. After adding a bit of water and applying it multiple times, it started flowing out smoothly.

Pros

Pros
This product was purchased to cover the weakness of a pencil liner, which is the difficulty in creating a sharp cat-eye look. The pen tip is very thin, making it very suitable for creating a sharp tail. It draws smoothly and doesn't break, which I really like compared to the other pencil liners I've used! It seems easier to draw on the inner corner of the eyes compared to other types of liners.
