While it didn't suit me personally, it would be great for someone who rocks red lips well!
ConsIt didn't apply as smoothly as I expected. The color didn't show much orange, and had a bit of a gochujang-like tint to it.

Color: Despite its name, it's closer to red than orange. There's barely any pink, more like 1 part orange to 3 parts red? It reminds me of a red apple color. On my lips, it appears as a red with a slight pink undertone. If you're looking for a pretty orange, I wouldn't recommend this - definitely test it first! Pigmentation & Adherence: The pigmentation is great. The color is vibrant and it adheres well for a lipstick. Longevity: Being a crayon type, it's not the most long-lasting, but it doesn't completely disappear either. If I don't eat, it lasts about 3-4 hours for me. Texture: I don't usually have dead skin cells on my lips, but sometimes this can accentuate fine lines and make it look like I have flaky skin when I don't. It's completely matte, so keep that in mind. *The actual color is more vibrant and has more of a red-orange tone than in the photos.
ConsBecause it's matte, it can make your lips feel a bit cracked, which is disappointing. Also, the color is almost red rather than orange as the name suggests.
TipI've found that applying lip balm before this product and then wiping it off doesn't work well - it doesn't preserve the matte finish and doesn't look great. Instead, I apply a thick layer of moisturizer or body emulsion to my lips, wait about 5 minutes, then remove it with a cotton swab, letting any remaining product absorb. When I apply the lipstick after this, there's no flakiness, and while it looks matte on the surface, it feels hydrated underneath. Plus, there's no stickiness.

The color is absolutely gorgeous! I usually have trouble with other products not showing my natural lip color, but this one, maybe because it's so pigmented, actually brings out my true lip shade. 2. It applies with a light touch! It's one of those products that feels like you're not wearing anything even though you've applied it. You could say it goes on very lightly.
Cons1. The staining effect is just completely pink. I prefer when the stain matches the color in the tube, so it's a bit disappointing that it leaves a pink stain. 2. It's not really an orange color. I bought it because the product name said orange, but it's more like a red with a slight orange tint.
TipI'd recommend this to anyone who loves vibrant colors! Also, I found it looks beautiful when you apply a light shade as a base all over your lips, then dab this in the center for a lovely gradient effect.

A major advantage is that it's often available in 1+1 deals, allowing you to purchase various shades at affordable prices.
ConsColor: Based on the shade name, I expected a somewhat orange tint, but it's closer to a deep pink. While it does apply creamily, the matte finish is a bit disappointing.
TipNight care: Exfoliate dead skin cells Before application: Lip balm is essential

It's pretty universal for warm and cool tones (honestly, it leans cooler). The lipstick glides on smoothly with a very matte finish. If your lips are in good condition, it creates a soft, blurred effect. There's minimal transfer, and it lasts about 3-4 hours, which is decent for a lipstick! I didn't experience any blemishes, and I even tried it as a blush without any issues.
ConsThe longevity... well, it's not bad, but it does disappear after eating, sometimes leaving only the lip line. However, I'm used to reapplying often, so it wasn't a big issue for me. If your lips aren't in great condition, it's a disaster. The dead skin cells become very noticeable, and it applies patchily. But with proper lip care, it can work well. The lighter you apply it, the more a pinkish tone emerges... with a slightly fluorescent undertone.
TipThe photos show a slightly pinker tone than in real life. The first swatch is the most accurate! On the lips, it does lean more pink. You can use this to your advantage by patting it on for a lively lip look. My favorite method is to apply it fully with a lip brush, then slightly smudge the edges with a cotton swab or your finger - it looks gorgeous! Also, it pairs beautifully with Etude's Mini Two Match in Crunchy Almond. Apply this lipstick heavily for a gradient effect, then fill in the edges with Almond for a stunning look (see the last photo).

I've been wanting to buy it, and I'm so glad I finally did!
ConsUnfortunately, it's not the orange color I was expecting. That was a bit disappointing.

However, this one seems to stay on longer than other products. And the color payoff is absolutely amazing - the shade is truly gorgeous! If you're on the fence about it, I'd say go ahead and buy it, then think about it later. Honestly, it's under $10 and goes on sale quite often, so even if you end up not using it much, you won't feel like you've wasted money.
ConsIf I had to nitpick, it leans a bit too pink on my lips. But that's easily fixed by applying a thin layer of orange-toned tint underneath, which gives me the color I want. However, I'd advise those with lots of dead skin cells on their lips to avoid this, or perhaps try their more oil-based formula instead.

I bought this during such a promotion along with shade 18 Light Up. Many say the pre-renewal version was better, but I can't comment as I only started using it post-renewal.
ConsThe color seems to change depending on the lighting and even varies each time you apply it. It could be due to store lighting, but anyway, I thought Light Up had a prettier color. However, many people around me said Light Up was too bright, so I decided to stick with Blood Orange.
TipApply lip balm before using this. It's neither particularly drying nor moisturizing, but it feels a bit like applying a crayon, so without lip balm, it can feel a bit dry on the lips.

Cons1: As it's an intense type, it can accentuate dead skin cells if your lips aren't in good condition. 2: Despite being named 'Blood Orange', it has more of a pink-red tone than expected.
Tip1: Lip swatch 2: Hand swatch 3: Product exterior

It's just a decent, ordinary tint.
ConsSince it was called 'Blood Orange', I expected a low-saturation orange shade when I bought it. However, when I applied it to my lips, it had a strong pink undertone. I'm using it by mixing it with an orange tint, which makes it somewhat better, but it's not what I hoped for.
