Among the tone-up sunscreams I've tried, this one has the most natural tone-up effect. It's a mineral sunscreen, but it has a moisturizing and smooth application. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing...my eyes were so irritated that it was hard to open them...Even when I'm just sitting there, my eyes feel cold, and when the sunlight is strong, they become painfully cold, so I could only use it once and couldn't use it on my face at all...I already bought it, so I applied it to my arms and legs instead of my face. This sunscreen is not recommended for those sensitive to eye irritation.

I bought it at Olive Young and it came with a cleansing foam, which was great. The whitening also seems to happen naturally.
Cons
It seems a bit oily, so it gets shiny over time. I wouldn't really recommend it for oily skin.

First, it really gets toned up naturally, and even if you don't refrigerate it, the contents are cool enough that you don't feel as sticky when applying it!
Cons
It doesn't really stick to my face, but it gets caught in my fingerprints. My skin is combination, and the oily areas (personally, T-zone, chin) start to get oily over time, and sometimes even the non-oily areas like my cheeks! I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin.
