I have really smudgy eyes, but this one is unfazed. There's no clumping, and it applies smoothly and is bent at an angle, making it easy to apply! I've been using up a few of these for almost 4 years...
Cons
However, over time it peels off like film and sometimes gets on the eye area, but it's not smudgy, just needs to be removed, haha.
