Pros
I used to avoid cleansing oils because I don't like oily things, and cleansing only with foam cleansers wasn't working well for me. I started using this product about 2 years ago. First of all, I think its cleansing power is the best. It also has a nice scent and dissolves gently, removing makeup and impurities very effectively. There's no residue left behind either. I do a first cleanse with this and then a second cleanse with a slightly acidic cleanser, and it leaves my skin feeling perfectly clean. At first, I thought the price was a bit high for a cleansing oil, but you only need to pump it out 1-2 times, so it lasts a really long time.
Cons
There's absolutely no downside to it. They even came out with a travel size version recently, which is perfect!

In the middle, I tried to switch to other products, looking at the ingredients and searching around, but I ended up continuing to repurchase and use this one. The cleansing power is great, and my skin feels so comfortable. After cleansing, my skin gradually becomes clearer. There's no tightness either. Pros
I originally had sensitive skin and was prone to breakouts, so I couldn't use oils. But the TWW cleansing oil really helps remove excess sebum and leaves my skin feeling comfortable. I love it so much that I'm already on my third bottle!
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. The only thing I might be a bit uneasy about is taking the cleansing oil with me when I stay out overnight.

Pros
Since my face is sensitive and dry, using an oil cleanser made me feel even more stuffy. In the past, I also had breakouts and felt stuffy when using the ***brand oil cleanser, so I couldn't use it properly. But the tww cleansing oil doesn't feel oily at all, and the more I roll it, the more it feels like I'm getting a massage. After rinsing with water, it's as if the oil has completely disappeared. While rolling, I sometimes even feel white heads or blackheads coming out.
Cons
To do a thorough cleansing, I use the same company's soap for a second cleansing. It's not really a downside, but the packaging is glass, so it's inconvenient to carry around. (It would also be great if they could lower the price a bit :-))

I used to switch between different oil brands, but after starting to use the tww cleansing oil, I've been using this one exclusively. Compared to other oils, there's no greasy feeling on my hands when rinsing it off with water, which I really like. Also, when I roll it over my oily areas, it effectively removes excess sebum, which is great. It cleanses my makeup, even heavy eye makeup, very thoroughly, and my face feels moisturized after cleansing. Lately, even my husband, who tends to have skin troubles, has been using it with me.

Pros
I have dry skin and a thin skin type. I enjoy using oils. Before, I used Bobbi Brown oil/Vichy water cleansing, but since the TWW oil came out, I've been using it consistently. Compared to Bobbi and Vichy, TWW does a better job of cleansing the pores and oil on my nose area, and it has a more thorough oil-like feel. It cleanses thoroughly and leaves less dryness :)
Cons
The black packaging makes it hard to see how much product is left :) Other than that, I don't have any other complaints about the product :)
