At first, I had trouble getting used to the scent... It's kind of a 'healthy' smell, but personally, it's neither herbal nor unscented, so it took some time to adjust. I'm using it well now, though. Also, two pumps don't seem to produce enough lather, so I need three pumps to get a good amount of foam and feel like I'm really cleansing.

I've been using this as a body cleanser, and compared to other regular cleansers, it rinses off completely without leaving that slippery feeling or the sensation that something's still on your skin. This cleanser makes me feel thoroughly clean and refreshed. It washes off quickly too.

While it's not suitable for removing makeup, I highly recommend using it with an emulsion and sunblock for daily use!

This would be great for men to use too! It's suitable for face, body, and hair - an all-in-one solution. The pump dispenser makes it so convenient. Just use it like regular hand soap and lather it all over your body. I'm not sure if it's only on sale at E-mart, but it's 1000 won per bottle. I snagged four of them.

The scent! It's somewhat like a grassy smell, or even reminds me of rancid cooking oil. It claims to have a citrus fragrance, but there's no trace of that at all. Even after thorough washing, the scent lingers slightly.

I really love citrus scents, but this one isn't the tart, refreshing citrus fragrance you find in other products. I'm not sure if this is how pure citrus naturally smells, but it has a very natural, non-artificial aroma. That's really the only drawback for me. Oh, and it doesn't lather quite as much as Dr. Bronner's!

The best part is the affordable price! I'm not sure if it was on sale, but I bought it for 6,000 won at E-mart. Before deciding to purchase, I checked the ingredients on Hwahae and found them to be incredibly gentle, so I didn't hesitate to buy it. I've been a fan of Dr. Bronner's as well, and the overall cleansing experience, including the lather, isn't drastically different. However, Dr. Bronner's does seem to foam up a bit better. When showering or cleansing my face, I find it works well with a cotton foam cloth. Other materials tend to irritate my skin. This applies not just to this product, but others as well. Of course, this is just my personal experience.

When it comes to cleansing the scalp... Perhaps because I've only recently started the 'no-poo' method, it's not ideal. Before going 'no-poo', it was okay aside from not lathering well. But when using it with the 'no-poo' method, even after pre-cleansing with warm water, my hair felt greasy as if I hadn't washed it at all. For reference, I think I have oily skin. This product is actually quite good, but I don't wash my hair often because it's long. I think it might work better once I cut my hair short next week and wash it more frequently. Looking back, it seems the issue isn't with the product, but with me.

This seems suitable for any skin type except the scalp. I use it occasionally when showering and cleansing my face. It doesn't cause any tightness, and I'm quite satisfied with it.

Due to its oil-based formula, it might be a bit heavy for oily skin types. It's also difficult to gauge its cleansing effectiveness.

When using it, there's a bit of lather at first, but it quickly dissipates. It's convenient as it serves as a shampoo, conditioner, cleanser, and body wash all in one.
