I've been generously applying this to my baby's bottom every day for over 10 months without worrying about the amount. It's so gentle and the ingredients are so kind to the skin. Our little one tends to run hot, so diaper rash would appear if we were a bit late changing the diaper or after vigorous activity. We tried all the highly recommended creams like Earth Mama and Aquaphor, but nothing helped. We eventually had to resort to Lidomax. But as a mom, you know how scary it is to use steroid-containing products frequently. While researching alternatives, I decided to give California Baby a shot, and wow! I'm so impressed! The rash subsided right after application! Now I apply it every diaper change, and it's been amazing. If I had to nitpick, the cream is white and quite thick. You need to massage it in thoroughly for it to absorb properly. Also, when you check later, you might notice some white residue or tiny particles left behind. But aside from that, it's fantastic!
