After applying and waiting for about 1 minute, it absorbs well without stickiness! ❤I have a slightly dry but quickly oily power sebum skin after using the mildly alkaline foam cleanser without applying anything else. When I apply this to my skin, it feels less dry than without it. Since it's a toner, the lightweight texture is understandable and fine. ❤The best part is that it is »gentle«! I have acne-prone skin, so I easily get breakouts, but when my skin is in turmoil, just using this and a light lotion calms my skin by the next day! It's a skincare routine that allows my skin to breathe comfortably without excessive ingredients~
