When used as a toner to wipe with cotton, it helps settle all the dead skin on the skin, leaving it smooth and supple, which is great.
Cons
It's a bit of a runny formula, so at first it doesn't absorb well into the cotton, and sometimes it drips down, causing me to waste some toner, which is a bit disappointing.
