This has been my go-to product for years, and I absolutely adore it! Even when I try to control oil with powder, some liners still smudge. But this one stays put all day without budging! It applies smoothly even over eyeshadow and the color payoff is vibrant. The tip isn't too thin, so I think even beginners could easily use it. The price is wallet-friendly too. It doesn't break easily, the color is versatile, and most importantly, it absolutely doesn't come off... I think this is the first time I've seen an eyeliner at this price point that doesn't smudge or fade even if you cry or rub your eyes. It's actually too difficult to remove... You definitely need to use a lip and eye makeup remover. This long-lasting eyeliner is impressively budge-proof, which is great for all-day wear but can be challenging when it's time to take it off. While its staying power is a major plus, make sure you have a good makeup remover on hand for easy removal at the end of the day.
