I've been applying this to my nasolabial folds, forehead, and under-eye area for a week, gently patting it in for absorption. Since it's only been a week, I haven't noticed any dramatic improvements yet. I'm using it as an eye cream alternative. The price isn't too high, so I'm hopeful that with consistent use, I'll see some positive results. It's far too runny... I have to pat it in vigorously until I apply the next cream. If it had a more elastic texture, it would be much easier to use. The worst drawback is the packaging. Why did they make it so inconvenient to use? Every time I use it, I have to shake it with all my might to get the product to the silicone part at the top of the container to squeeze it out. Why didn't they just make it in a tube? It's a unique packaging design, I'll give them that, but it's really inefficient...
