There is a bit of powder fallout, but it's not enough to be bothersome. When it gets on the brush, a little bit comes off, but a quick shake takes care of it so it doesn't fly all over my face. The pigmentation is better than other products, and it gets more intense the more you apply. The good pigmentation sometimes makes me lazy and I end up using it for nose contouring as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking to use it as an eyeliner guide or to soften the edges. The color has no reddish tones and leans slightly yellow.
