The pigmentation is really good. It's too intense to use as an eyeshadow, so it's better to use it for eyeliner. But even when drawing the eyeliner, if the powder smudges, it can really make your eyes look messy.

You can draw it like an eyeliner (using two flat shadow brushes from Daiso) and fill in the waterline with a shadow, as it won't fill in completely. Then use a pencil eyeliner or eyebrow to fill it in neatly.
If the shadow smudges under the eye, apply powder underneath.
