LUSH Yummy Mami

Yamamami has an incredibly pleasant fragrance, it's almost like strawberry gum. If you're familiar with the old Yamiyamiyami, this is exactly it. It's great for using as a travel toothpaste, and the fragrance is about 90% there.

I didn't know the ingredients would be like this, and I'm disappointed by the ingredients.

This is my absolute favorite Lush shower gel. The sweet strawberry cream scent bursts forth and lingers, while the deep notes of tonka bean provide a long-lasting fragrance. As this is a shower cream rather than a typical shower gel, it contains oils and butters, making it more moisturizing than just a bubbly wash. There are many products in this same scent family, so layering with the body conditioner allows you to enjoy the creamy strawberry aroma all day long. It's similar to the Yummy Yummy Yummy shower gel, but the latter is said to be a bit more zesty.

This is a limited Mother's Day product, only available during that time of year. Unfortunately, Lush skipped producing this item for Mother's Day this year. So if you test it and love it, you may want to stock up, as it's uncertain if Lush will bring it back next year. With the closure of Lush Kitchen and the difficulty of obtaining seasonal products out of season, this has become quite hard to find. The UK Lush stores do sometimes release discontinued fan-favorite products as limited-time events around seasonal launches, but your chances are slim outside of Mother's Day. While there are many products in the same scent family (discontinued body butters, conditioners, and perfumes), they are all discontinued and incredibly difficult to track down. It's such a shame this wonderful product isn't an ongoing offering.
