  Pros

  I love that it has gentle ingredients and provides great hydration. My skin tends to be dry, but when I apply this before my cream, my skin feels so much more moisturized and healthy.

  Cons

  I don't really have any major complaints. I actually appreciate that it's fragrance-free.

  1. The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the absence of harmful ingredients. Especially, it's fragrance-free, which means there's no distinct scent - perfect for those like me who prefer basic skincare products without strong fragrances. 2. Its water-like texture absorbs quickly and feels lightweight. It's versatile too - you can apply it with a cotton pad as a toner or simply use your hands. Both methods work great! 3. It provides instant hydration and is excellent for refining skin texture.

  1. As it's a simple toner, those seeking more intense hydration might need to use it alongside other products like moisturizers. 2. The volume seems a bit small. As someone who uses toner generously, I wish it came in a larger size. 3. The screw-top lid can be slightly inconvenient to open.

  Pros

  The Polatum Vitalizing Water is as good as the reviews suggest! After cleansing, when I use this product with a cotton pad to refine my skin texture, it leaves my skin feeling incredibly hydrated without any tightness or dryness. The gentle ingredients seem to be great for calming the skin as well. I'm glad I ordered two bottles during a sale - it was definitely the right decision! I'll definitely repurchase once I've used them up.

  Cons

  There weren't really any downsides. The only thing I noticed, which other reviewers mentioned too, is that the volume is a bit small for the price.

  Tip

  I recommend using this toner with Silcot cotton pads. It helps conserve the product and seems to allow it to absorb better into the skin. Using it with Silcot cotton pads is definitely worth trying!

  Pros

  First of all, I immediately felt that my skin texture improved after using it. It must be because this toner also exfoliates along with hydrating. And it feels like my skin is plumped up with moisture. I switched to this product right away and I don't even know how many bottles I've used so far~ The ingredients are safe and the effects are so great that I often give this as a gift to my acquaintances these days. That's how much I trust and recommend this product.

  Cons

  Since I use a lot of this toner, I wish they had a larger size available.

  Tip

  Whenever my skin gets dry, I soak a cotton pad with this toner and apply one on each cheek and one on my forehead before makeup. After doing that, my makeup applies so well and I can maintain a moisturized complexion!

  It feels moisturizing yet easy to wipe off, and it doesn't feel like it's just sitting on the surface. It also seems to help other products absorb better.

  Cons

  I wish the size was a bit bigger. The cap is a bit inconvenient to twist open, it would be better if it just popped open with a simple push upwards.

  This is a gentle toner It's not irritating and has a refreshing, non-sticky texture You can wipe it off with a cotton pad and apply it with your hands, and it feels wonderfully moisturizing

  There's nothing particularly disappointing about it I wish the volume was greater for the price, and that a larger size product was available

  Pros

  It was really moisturizing and had no scent, so I loved it. The moisturizing effect also lasted a long time, and the blemishes on my cheeks (individual differences may vary) also subsided after I used it consistently for 1 week!! I highly, highly recommend it!! I would soak a cotton pad generously with the toner and place it on the troubled areas like a pack, and that made them subside even faster! Using it with the 3-skin or 7-skin method also works even better!

  Cons

  Hmm, there's nothing I'm really dissatisfied with! I just desperately wish it came in a larger size!

  Tip

  As I mentioned above, if you soak a cotton pad with the toner and place it on the troubled areas, it becomes even more moisturizing and the blemishes subside faster. Since my skin is very dry, I use it morning and evening every day!
