The skin is oily, but the hands are often dry (from frequent washing) and the dryness is unbearable.
The scent: At first, when I smelled it, I thought "Is this really a good scent for a popular product...?" 
I like citrus & green-based scents, and dislike artificial scents.
It's not overly artificial, but it's not as natural as the herbal scents I usually really enjoy, like Aesop or Tone28. There's a hint of fragrance in it.
However, considering winter factors like spreadability, portability, price, and accessibility, this is just about right. It's not incredibly great, but it's convenient.
I might look for a lighter spreadability for summer.
The spreadability is a bit rich but not sticky, it spreads smoothly and doesn't fully absorb when washing hands.

If your hands are extremely dry, it may not provide exceptional moisturization, but as I have summer-limited hyperhidrosis, I didn't find it to be bad.

However, since I'm the type who tends to get dry skin, I ended up switching over to the Artrix Professional, which has a bit more moisture. I think I used this product for about 1-2 years straight before switching to Artrix.
