Pros
I quickly bought this after my skin ran out, and I love it! ♥♥♥ It's an all-in-one product, so it doesn't have the same moisturizing feel as a lotion, but it's not as dry as a toner or as sticky as an essence. It's just perfect to apply after cleansing. I felt like it's more of a serum - when I use a serum, the subsequent lotion or essence gets absorbed really well, and it feels like it's helping to balance my skin's moisture and oil levels. When I apply something on top of this, it doesn't feel heavy or greasy, but just gets nicely absorbed. It also seems to control my oiliness really well (I have combination skin). A lot of products can leave my skin feeling dehydrated, but this keeps it moisturized without excess oil. Even when I use more emollient products on top, I don't experience any pilling or greasiness. And being sensitive-skinned, I didn't experience any irritation or breakouts either. Highly recommended! Great value for the price.

I think this will be great to use from now (April) until the height of summer. But for my combination skin, I'll probably need to layer a more nourishing cream on top in the colder fall and winter months. As someone who really prioritizes hydration, I found that even when I generously applied a rich cream on top in the evenings, I didn't quite get the same level of satisfaction as before. But aside from that, I didn't really have any other downsides.

1. Light: Not heavy and lightweight 2. Fast absorption 3. Gel-type, so it's cool and I like the cap and squeezing method 4. For the most part, applying this seems to prevent breakouts, but I actually tried applying it a few times to control oiliness and soothe my skin, though I don't really know much about skin types or cosmetics, so you don't have to follow what I did 5. Pros
This all-in-one moisturizing gel product is great for those with oily skin to use in the summer. I quickly apply it in the morning before doing my makeup. Even my husband, who dislikes having to apply multiple products, has been using this. It absorbs quickly and you don't need to keep patting it in.
Cons
There is a bit of stickiness... I personally prefer a more creamy texture like a gel-cream. It absorbs so quickly that I sometimes feel like I didn't apply enough. Due to the alcohol content, my blemishes seem to get more red ㅠㅠ I wouldn't recommend this for those with dry skin or who are sensitive to alcohol.
Tip
In the summer, I keep it in the fridge and use it to soothe sunburned skin. But for daily use, the alcohol content is a bit bothersome.

It absorbed quickly and didn't feel sticky at all - it was soft and fluffy, in a word. And since it's an all-in-one, it's convenient.
Cons
Maybe because I have combination skin, but I felt a lot of tightness. I wouldn't recommend this to those with combination skin.

I was looking for a toner that I could use generously, and found one on sale at The Face Shop. When I pump it, it starts as a gel, but it absorbs into the skin like water. Since I tend to have a warm complexion, using the cooling gel felt refreshing and nice. I bought the large size, so I could use it freely without worrying about the amount. It was enough for 3 skin toner applications! Even though it's not technically a toner, but a gel, it's a good idea to check before purchasing and using it.

It's great that I can keep my summer skincare routine simple. The texture is a transparent gel, with good spreadability and absorption. There's no tightness either.
