I haven't tried many sunscreens, but this one doesn't cause any eye irritation or feel heavy even when I apply a lot! It actually feels quite light? I can wear it for long periods without any discomfort!!!! Even when I sweat a lot, it doesn't feel unpleasant..! This sunscreen has great application, no eye irritation, and other good points... But the downside is that it causes skin blemishes. My skin isn't particularly sensitive, it's slightly oily with some acne... On the first day of use, I felt tightness on my cheeks. On the second day, there was a slight itchy feeling. By the third day, small bumps like milia started appearing. After two weeks of use, the milia-like acne... I definitely won't repurchase once I finish it.. It's expensive too!!!! When I stopped using it for 3 days due to the numerous small bumps, The acne subsided significantly. It seems that some ingredient in the sunscreen doesn't agree with my skin, so sadly I'll have to throw it away. I think it's best if those with acne-prone or super sensitive skin avoid using this... Using a puff instead of your hands works better for a smooth application!!! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinFeb 12, 2019
Recommended by an Olive Young employee as safe for babies, with gentle ingredients and promising hydration. Plus, it doesn't sting the eyes. It's not moisturizing, it's greasy. Feels like it forms an oily film on the face. So I tried using only sunscreen without moisturizer before makeup, but that led to deep dryness. When I use moisturizer, sunscreen, and foundation, after a while I get deep dryness and my under-eye wrinkles become more noticeable. Also, this sunscreen doesn't absorb well, it comes off if you scratch it with your nails. How long will it take to use this up? - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJul 11, 2018
Less eye irritation... The mineral-based formula means you can go out without waiting 30 minutes after application... That's why I switched from the silver version and bought this after trying it on the back of my hand. It has a refreshing texture when applied. In summer, you can use it without other skincare products or just over toner if you're not wearing makeup. It controls oil without making the skin feel tight. While it seems to have no white cast, there's actually a slight one... It takes a long time to absorb when applied over other skincare products, which extends makeup application time. It's impossible to apply the recommended amount at once... You need to apply small amounts in layers, so time-wise, the silver version might be better. Apply small amounts in layers with time intervals between applications. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJun 7, 2018
It absorbs well and any initial white cast disappears as it sinks in, which is great. Plus, there's no eye irritation - it's much gentler! Hmm... I'm currently undergoing dermatological treatment, and this product caused an unexpected burning sensation that really startled me. For everyday use, I think this would work wonderfully. However, I wouldn't recommend it for those undergoing dermatological treatments. It can cause a tingling sensation. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinAug 15, 2017
At first I thought it left a white cast, but it disappeared quickly. I have sensitive eyes, but there was no stinging. The waterproof feature was great. My face had a burning sensation and I experienced side effects. I have somewhat sensitive skin, so I bought the mild version to try, but my face felt hot and I couldn't use it. I'm worried about my skin reacting badly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJun 17, 2017
First of all, the performance is the most satisfactory to me. As it is low-irritation, waterproof, and has SPF 50++++, I feel reassured. I also purchased it because there is a rumor that Innisfree provides good UV protection, and although I was worried that it might cause breakouts after checking the ingredients, it did not cause any trouble and is moderately oily, so it pairs well with my Estee Lauder foundation and does not get patchy over time, which I like. The white cast is not too severe, and it is not as drying as mineral sunscreens, it's just perfect. I didn't experience any eye irritation either, and I will continue to use it going forward. It's hard to describe, but when you apply it, there is a feeling of an oily film on the face, so those with oily skin may have mixed feelings about it. I've heard that sunscreen needs to be applied generously, so if you want to layer it, the oiliness can be a bit troublesome, but if you gently pat it in and give it time to absorb, it should be fine. The photo may look a bit strange, but please refer to it! I applied the sunscreen in two layers, so it appears whiter than it actually is.
