I use it regularly, but it's not great for exfoliation. There's no noticeable improvement in dead skin cell removal. If you're looking for effective exfoliation, I wouldn't recommend this. However, it might be worth picking up when it's on sale!

It feels refreshing after use, and the small granules seem to gently exfoliate dead skin cells. It also lathers up nicely!
