I bought this shampoo to use alternately with the one I was using before, and it's great! My skin is oily, and my scalp is oily too, but whenever my body isn't feeling well, it gets too dry. That's why I bought this, and it's really good ~ I like it! I had a bad experience using a similar product from Dr. Olga before, so I was a bit worried, but this one is completely different. I don't like products with a lot of ingredients and silicone oil, but this one is just the way I like it - minimal ingredients and no silicone oil. It's mild. But it lathers well. The cleansing power is medium-high. And it leaves an appropriate amount of moisture on the scalp. My scalp feels comfortable ~ And my hair isn't stiff. It's soft. I love it so much~~~
ConsWhen my skin returned to normal (oily), the cleansing power was a bit weak for me...
TipWhen used together with the hair treatment, my hair becomes super soft and smooth~~^^

I used it because it was made with natural ingredients. I've been using it for over 2 years.
ConsThere's really nothing disappointing about it. However, I used the shampoo made with natural ingredients for hair loss prevention.

It's free of silicone, parabens, SLS, and SLES!! It uses natural surfactants!! It contains rosemary, peppermint, Asian centella, fallopia multiflora, tea tree extract, evening primrose oil, and shea butter!! . At some point, my hair started thinning and falling out easily, so I started using products like this~ . This product is a volume-boosting shampoo for easily falling and limp hair~ It's said to also soothe an irritated scalp, so I tried it out~~!! . I was worried the mild ingredients wouldn't make much lather, but the foam was rich~ The mint ingredient made it feel refreshing!! In the hot summer, when the scalp is likely irritated, it seems to be especially good at soothing the scalp!! . As for hair loss, you'd have to use it consistently to see the effects, but I'm using it with confidence since it contains USDA-certified organic aloe vera~♡
ConsEven with long hair, it gives great volume and is good!~~~~

Haha, this is really.. I bought this while purchasing the Innisfree sunscreen, and received it as a free gift. I really liked it, and I'll buy the full-size product once I finish this one. Highly recommended for oily skin types!
ConsThe price... Innisfree products are generally a bit expensive. They are all good quality, though. So I'm thinking of stocking up on them during sales events.

It feels invigorating.
ConsThe area around my ears and temples was extremely itchy while using this shampoo, and I kept scratching it the entire time. After I stopped using this shampoo, the itching symptoms disappeared. Despite my hair being severely frizzy and unruly, this shampoo did not help improve the condition at all.

My hair used to fall out a lot, but the hair loss has decreased significantly. It's very moisturizing.
ConsThere's not much I'm dissatisfied with. The scent is not very strong? But I'm satisfied with it.

It's known to be a mildly acidic shampoo, and after using it, my scalp feels very clean and refreshed. Most shampoos that make the scalp feel this clean and refreshed tend to leave the hair feeling a bit dry, but this product doesn't do that. Even though I have long hair, I only need to use a hair treatment once every two or three washes. When I just use this shampoo alone, my hair doesn't feel dry or brittle at all. (In fact, since I've been rushed for time after giving birth because of the baby, I've naturally just been using this shampoo alone.) :::::::::::::: Fragrance ::::::::::::::::: The rosemary and mint fragrance also leaves me feeling very refreshed after use. I'm very satisfied with this product. :::::::::::::: Consistency ::::::::::::::::: It's not runny, but it's also not too thick. The consistency is about average for a regular shampoo. When I massage it into my scalp with my fingertips, the lather forms well without any issues.
ConsI personally don't crave a strong lingering fragrance in my shampoo, so the fact that the scent doesn't last long doesn't bother me much. But these days, a lot of people seem to prefer perfumed shampoos. This shampoo's fragrance doesn't last very long. While I really enjoy the rosemary and mint scent when I'm washing my hair, I wish it would linger a bit longer. For those who want a shampoo with a long-lasting fragrance, this may not be the best option for you. And the price... If it was a bit more affordable, I would be absolutely in love with this and consider it a holy grail product, but the price is not very wallet-friendly.
TipThe rosemary and mint fragrance is really refreshing. I'm the type who pays a lot of attention to my scalp when washing my hair and makes sure to thoroughly massage it. For my long hair, I pump out about half a dose into my palm, rub it between my hands a few times, and then thoroughly massage it into every corner of my scalp. The lather gets quite rich, and the rosemary and mint fragrance leaves my scalp feeling invigorated. I then use the remaining lather to wash the length of my hair.

Haha I've only used it for a little while, but it seems to be good.
ConsThere's almost no scent, and it's quite expensive. The lather doesn't seem to be very abundant.

I'm not oily, but my scalp gets itchy in the evenings, and my husband has seborrheic dermatitis and hair loss, while my son has severe acne, so we were each using different shampoos until now. I've tried Aveda, Aromatica, Kerastase, Tsubaki, Headspa, and Botanist salon shampoos, constantly searching for ones that don't make my scalp itch. I was considering the Dr. Ola Tea Tree shampoo that's ranked #1 on Hwahae, but the reviews said it didn't lather well and felt stiff, so I ordered the Innolabs one instead. The ingredients are almost the same and the packaging is similar. Even though it's a mild, natural formula, it lathers well and two pumps are enough to thoroughly cleanse my medium-length hair and scalp. By the afternoon, my scalp feels less itchy, and there's no greasy smell. My hair isn't super stiff (the Aromatica Scalp one was very rigid), just at a normal level. The ingredients are good, and I'm satisfied with the usage, so I plan to buy a few more bottles. I was surprised to find that my husband's TS shampoo and my son's Atoshop Win Win shampoo both contained cocamide DEA, which is a carcinogen banned in Europe, so I chose Innolabs based on the ingredients. My husband used TS for a long time, but I never tried it because I really dislike the advertising (very subjective).
ConsIt's only been about a week, so I don't have any major complaints yet, but the mint scent could be a bit stronger. For a foreign shampoo, the fragrance is quite faint.

It's made with natural ingredients, yet it lathers well and feels refreshing~~
ConsThe price is a bit high, but it would be better if the price was a little lower!
