Pros
I've been using this cream since summer and I'm still using it. I was looking for a light moisturizing cream, and this one is very light and easy to apply, so it's hygienic to use. It's gentle and doesn't cause any pilling or melting after applying makeup. It also doesn't make my skin too oily, so I use it in the morning before makeup in the summer, and at night in the winter. I'd recommend this to those with combination/oily skin types.
Cons
It's not very rich, so it might not be enough for winter nights. It also feels a bit lacking in drier environments like the office. It's fine when I have makeup on, but when I don't, I need to use a richer cream like the Aqua Bomb. In summer, this is great, but in winter, I find it slightly lacking.

Pros

The formula seems to be more translucent than a complete cream, and it applies very lightly, but after application, there is a plump, supple feeling!
Cons
The only downside is that since it's a jar-type container, I have to dip my hand in to scoop it out, which feels a bit unpleasant. I'm too lazy to use a spatula, so I just use my fingers to take it out.

If you apply the Estée Lauder brown bottle product and finish with the Belief Water Bomb, your skin will feel plump and supple the next day.

It's mild and a good lightweight cream to apply in the summer. I recommend it for oily skin!
Cons
The absorption rate is a bit slow. If you don't replenish your skin's moisture or nourishment in the pre-cream stage, it might be too light for daily use.
Tip
I don't apply this cream before makeup. To provide enough moisture, you'd have to apply a lot and spend time patting it in, which I don't have in the mornings and is too much of a hassle. Instead, I use it at night after cleansing and applying an ampoule - I generously apply it and go to sleep, which helps soothe my skin.

Pros
When I first used it, a few red spots appeared. But other than that, I didn't seem to have any trouble using this product. It has a light texture that would be great for summer.
Cons
It seems a bit lacking in the winter. The moisture and oil content were not satisfactory to me. (But I've been on a kind of cosmetics diet lately, only using skin, lotion, cream, sunscreen, and BB cream, so I may have felt this water balm was lacking as a result.)

The good thing is that it's lightweight when applying makeup, so the makeup doesn't smear easily. It also doesn't seem to be irritating. The small size is great for traveling. And it's surprising that it lasts a long time despite the small amount - I've been using it for 2 months now. I recommend using it in the summer.
Cons
It dries out too quickly. Since one layer isn't enough for proper moisture management, you have to apply it in layers to properly care for your skin. As expected, just because a lot of people buy it doesn't mean it's a perfect match for me...
