I tend to prioritize tone-up over coverage, so I'm not sure if that's the case, but I personally really liked it. The glowing tone-up effect makes my skin look brighter and more radiant!!!! The swirling color pattern allows me to choose the desired level of coverage!!!!! I recommend this to normal/oily skin types or those who want a natural tone-up effect.
