For a gentler application, try using this with a foam pump dispenser. It allows you to softly massage the cleansing water onto your skin in circular motions.

I typically use cleansing waters for a quick first cleanse to remove surface-level dirt and grime, especially when I'm out. It's true that compared to cleansing balms or oils, the cleansing effectiveness is somewhat lower.

While I generally prefer cleansing oils or balms over cleansing waters, I wanted something less sticky for summer that could help control excess oil. That's why I decided to try this cleansing water. It's gentle and non-irritating, yet surprisingly effective at removing even heavy makeup for a cleansing water. I also appreciated the subtle, pleasant scent and the fact that it didn't cause any burning or tingling sensation in my eyes.

While the scent was a bit disappointing, it doesn't affect my usage or decision to repurchase.

First off, its cleansing effectiveness is outstanding, which helps prevent blemishes. After cleansing, my skin doesn't feel overly tight or experience any tingling sensation, making it a worry-free option for me.

This product has a gentle formula and good moisturizing properties, despite its unclear ingredients.
While not recommended, I sometimes use just cleansing water on cotton pads when I'm too tired, and this product as well as the red-capped Bioderma one didn't cause any breakouts, which was great.
I recommend this product as it doesn't sting the eyes.

The price is expensive and it feels slightly stinging when it touches the eyes.

Why is La Roche-Posay so expensive?!?!?! Why, why, why?!?! I tremble every time I buy it.

I bought the blue one because it was said to be suitable for dry skin.
I originally wanted to use this product as a cleansing product by putting it in a pump bottle, as it was said to be gentle. However, the foam disappeared very quickly, and when I rubbed it on my face, my hands touched my skin more than the foam, so it seemed to be irritating.

But when I wore makeup, wiping it off with a pad or wet wipe soaked in cleansing water was not irritating and removed it cleanly!! I think I'll use it well!

[Using Cotton Pads]
For those who don't like the double cleanse, you can do what I do - soak a cotton pad generously with the cleanser, leave it on your eyes for a minute, and then wipe. This can perfectly remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara (waterproof eyeliner comes off but waterproof mascara doesn't).

And if you wipe it off with a cotton pad from the start, it's a bit more irritating but removes makeup really well. This method was a lifesaver when I had heavy makeup on.

For my dry skin, deep cleansing was actually really harmful, so I was looking for a product that could just remove sunscreen, cushion, etc. cleanly, and surprisingly, there weren't many options. Cleansing foams usually don't remove cushion well, cleansing balms that you roll on are too irritating, and cleansing lotions need to be wiped off somewhere to work well - so I finally found a cleanser that is really gentle but removes well.
I tried to stick with Neutrogena cleansing oils or gels, but my eyes would get too irritated, so I gave up on those.

But this... is just perfect for me!! 🔺It only removes sunscreen, eyebrows, cushion, and some eyeshadow!! Since I'll be doing a second cleanse with a toner anyway, any leftover eyeliner, etc. can be removed there >_<

Due to a sudden drop in immunity, I used it by putting it in a foaming net and gently rolling it, like washing my face. If you're not sensitive to the scent, it's good to use for a refreshing fragrance.

After heavy makeup use, you should naturally use oil or specialized removers to first remove mascara powder, under-eye stains, and pearl powder.
Just wipe off the subtle residues gently.

Personally, I bought and used it more than 4 times, and there was little facial tightness, the finish was fresh and good.

The cleansing didn't feel as refreshing as I expected. Since it's a cleansing water, it doesn't remove sebum or blackheads, so depending on your skin type, you may need to do a second cleansing with a foam cleanser to remove excess oil and blackheads/whiteheads. After the second cleansing with a foam cleanser, there's still a slippery feeling left over from the cleansing water.
My skin around the nose area has become more sensitive lately from wearing masks constantly, and when I wipe it with the cleansing water and cotton pads, it peels off the skin (?).

The Bioderma cleansing water seems to be less irritating to the skin.
I also like that it doesn't contain any unnecessary fragrance.
Even after wiping my face several times with cotton pads, there was no tightening feeling, and I haven't had any pimples or blemishes in over a month of using it.
