  Pros

  If you have cool-toned skin, just go for it! The light pink beam looks gorgeous when applied to the cheekbones. As you turn your face, you'll see a beautiful shift from a glow to a soft pink beam. It's pretty layered over blush or just on its own, giving a lovely pink radiance to your profile.

  Cons

  The pink glow can be a bit much for the forehead and nose... It's best for the cheekbones! The case is quite large, and there's some fallout on the face, which is a shame. But it's so pretty that it's forgivable. It does transfer when wearing a mask, and the staying power isn't great.

  Color: A vibrant cool pink highlighter with a good amount of blue-toned shimmer. When swatched with fingers, it appears as red as a blush, so it's essential to use a brush when applying to the nose. Texture: The soft, jelly-like formula is great because it doesn't shatter and there's no excess powder. The glow is unique - it's like there's a transparent layer on top that leaves a sheen. While popular highlighters often have a slightly thick, metallic shine or a pearlescent glow that melts into the skin, this one has a clear, sparkling finish like nail polish. It's not an everyday go-to product, but its distinctive feel makes it irreplaceable and uniquely usable.

  Cons

  This product has very strong characteristics: 1. It adds only a transparent sparkle with fairly large shimmer particles, without any base color. 2. The color is a cool pink that's quite different from natural skin tones. For this reason, I'd recommend a more versatile skin-tone highlighter for those who only want one highlighter. However, for makeup enthusiasts, this one is irreplaceable. Because it only adds sparkle without a base color, it doesn't give as much of a 'popping' effect as highlighters that combine a white base with shimmer. Another downside is that its staying power isn't particularly long-lasting.

  For cheeks, apply it strongly with fingers to blend with your blush. For the nose, use a brush to apply it lightly, diffusing the color as much as possible for a beautiful effect.

  I bought this because it was advertised as a cool-toned product, but maybe because I'm a cool-toned person who doesn't suit very pale shades, it made me look like some kind of cyborg. Be careful when choosing this product.

  This pink highlighter is definitely worth adding to your collection. It has a texture between cream and powder, so if you spritz some setting spray on your brush before applying, it gives a subtle, beautiful glow.

  Cons

  It has a strong pink undertone, so I really wouldn't recommend it for those with warm complexions. However, if you have a clean eye makeup look, this highlighter alone is enough to complete your look.

  The Stila highlighter I purchased is in the Transcendence shade. It's a light pink-lavender color that complements cool skin tones beautifully. I bought it because I love bright highlighters, and this one doesn't disappoint! It gives a subtle glow that's absolutely gorgeous and brightens up my complexion by a whole shade.

  For a stunning finish to your makeup routine, use a brush to sweep the highlighter along your nose bridge, forehead, cheekbones, and chin. The result is truly beautiful! Though it's a baked formula, the texture is surprisingly creamy, so you can even apply it with your foundation brush. Alternatively, gently patting it on with a highlighter brush also gives a lovely color payoff.

  I don't think any other color can match this purple highlighter. With just one application, it creates a subtle glow, and you can build up the color without any clumping. The multidimensional, mysterious glow makes it a color I reach for often. It's great to use with a brush for larger areas, or you can blend it with your fingers for more precise application. The powdery finish is probably the best part, as it doesn't cake up at all!

  Cons

  You need to do your eye makeup with cool tones to really complement this highlighter color. While it's fine for warm-toned skin too, it really needs to match well with your eye makeup colors. It doesn't pair well with eye makeup that's too heavy on brown tones - the colors clash and look mismatched.

  Tip

  Using it as an eyeshadow alternative on the eyelids gives a beautifully subtle glow!

The application is so natural that controlling the amount is no problem at all. Stila is known for their stellar pearl line, and this one is undoubtedly ethereal. People say it gives a 'vaseline glow' - you can achieve a dewy look, and when applied over powder, it creates a beautifully natural highlight that's both soft and radiant! I purchased the Transcendent Kitten Incandescence Luminescence, and I'm considering buying the 3-piece kit too. It's definitely a product worth stocking up on. I think those with lighter skin tones will absolutely love Transcendent, especially cool-toned beauties! I've gifted it to many people.

  Much more natural-looking than Stila's Opulence! The fine, subtle pearl particles create a soft lavender glow that seems to radiate from within the skin. I love that it's not a highlighter with overly large, noticeable glitter. Highly recommended as a highlighter that complements cool skin tones.

  Due to its natural appearance, it can feel like the color payoff is weak, so you may need to apply more product.
