The treatment effect wasn't bad at all. Compared to a similar product from Etude, this one leaves hair feeling softer. Of course, the effects don't last very long. The application is terrible. You have to melt this hard-textured product on wet hair as you apply it, but with the small amount and poor spreadability, it's difficult to properly foam up even if you squeeze out a lot. The color... They said it was ash, and I thought it would be a blue-black ash based on the model shots, but it's just a bluish-green. If you were expecting a deeper color, it's not as dark as you might think. Not recommended for those with ambiguously bleached hair, as you'll end up looking like a seaweed fairy. Blue shades are generally worse at coloring and lasting compared to other colors, but this product is particularly bad among them. Considering the price and amount, its poor quality is even more frustrating. Look for other products instead.
