I bought this product for its great ingredients and have used over five bottles. 1. It's excellent as an all-in-one cleanser. While it might not completely remove waterproof mascara, I don't feel the need to use a separate lip and eye remover. This one product is enough. If you don't wear heavy makeup, this should suffice. 2. It doesn't leave my skin feeling overly dry after cleansing. It's not the type that gives you that squeaky-clean feeling. I have dry skin and usually experience deep dryness after washing, but with this product, it's much less noticeable. 1. The packaging could be improved. Since it's a squeeze-type bottle, I sometimes worry about water getting inside or the opening becoming contaminated. A cap would be a nice addition. On days when I wear heavier makeup, I do a double cleanse. I bought this because it was available on Kakao Makers! I was pleasantly surprised by how good it is. After cleansing, my skin feels clearer, and it seems to have a sebum-removing effect too. I'm particularly drawn to it because I love the scent! I'm a bit concerned about the rooibos leaves in it. Since they don't dissolve in water, I wonder if they might cause issues with the drain. But I suppose the amount is so small that it shouldn't be a problem. For best results, try this method: Massage it onto your face, then slightly dampen your hands and continue massaging. Repeat this process about three times, continuously rubbing. It seems to remove makeup more effectively this way!
