As a winter cool tone who loves unique things, I was thrilled just to own this. The blue and purple glitter is incredibly distinctive and perfect for adding a special touch. The color is so intense that it's a bit impractical for everyday use. I think I've only used it about 5 times in reality, haha! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 21, 2020
The color payoff is unparalleled. It's truly dazzling, perfect for stage performances! If applied incorrectly, it might look a bit... intense. The thick applicator tip makes it challenging to control the amount. Try using it with a silicone brush from Daiso for better application. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2020
I fell in love at first sight and bought it right away. While it's a challenging color to match, I think it's beautiful on me. I apply it to my aegyo sal or in the center of my eyelids when I want to add a pop of color. It keeps sparkling even after you try to remove it. Make sure to cleanse thoroughly when taking it off. I recommend using a cotton swab to apply it, as the built-in applicator might remove the eyeshadow underneath. - el**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 4, 2020
The color is so unique! You can really create that mermaid makeup look, just like the name suggests. It's perfect for special occasions, especially in summer when you want to feel extra festive. The shade is truly one-of-a-kind, which makes it such a shame that it's been discontinued as a limited edition. It's challenging to control the amount that comes out, as a lot of product tends to gather on the applicator tip. The color can shift between pink and blue depending on how you apply it, making it difficult to achieve a uniform color when applying to the eyelids. Since it dries quickly, make sure to blend it as fast as you can for the best results. - ao*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsNov 5, 2019
The color reminds me of Elsa from Frozen. It's like something a grown-up mermaid would wear under her eyes, not a little mermaid! This shade (blue + purple) has an unparalleled mystical quality among Korean glitters. While I'm not personally into festivals or parties, if you are, this would be perfect for creating a unique look. The ethereal sparkle is unmatched - a true Stila masterpiece! For reference, the swatch is the purple glitter at the bottom. I was drawn to the purple and impulsively bought it, but I'm at a loss for how to use it... I usually look good in cool tones and even purple clothes and makeup, but for some reason, this blue-purple combo just doesn't work for me. It's heartbreaking! I bought it in a trance-like state, but now I'm wondering why. Also, it irritates my eyes, so I'm deducting one star. I can't recommend it since I'm still trying to figure out how to use it, but strangely, I don't want it to be discontinued... I saw a YouTube tutorial by C Siren where they applied it on the lips. It looks pretty, but it's too bold for everyday wear. Since I don't have any personal tips, I'm sharing this. Other YouTubers use it even more dramatically, so at least that gives some ideas to experiment with. - Hwahae UserDry SkinRecommendedSep 2, 2019
Cool-toned beauties, this is your holy grail! Please don't discontinue C-Siren, it's a must-have! The product tends to solidify rather quickly. I recommend using it up promptly. It works even better when paired with Into the Blue. You'll truly feel like a mermaid! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 5, 2018
After applying this, I went out and people said I looked like a unicorn, a space star, and a mermaid. Why wouldn't that make me happy? It's truly a unicorn-like light purple base filled with shimmering blue pearls. It's a holographic color that shifts between purple and blue, and when it catches the light just right, it's absolutely dazzling. When you spread it on, it dries to a matte finish, which makes it look even more luminous, and the glitter doesn't fly around, so it's comfortable to wear. If you have a summer cool skin tone, this will suit you perfectly. When I bought it, I thought it might be too flashy for everyday use, but after trying it on, I realized it's actually wearable daily. Even though it's part of a summer collection, it seems versatile enough to use regardless of the season! Even when I try to spread it evenly with my fingers, some areas still clump together. If I try to pat it on with my fingers to avoid clumping, I feel like I'm not using enough product and have to apply multiple layers, which is a bit of a hassle. I'll need to practice a bit to apply it without clumping and make it look noticeable... - ks*****Dry SkinJan 7, 2018
Is it light pink? Light purple? The color base has shimmering blue pearls! Compared to Kitten Karma, the pearl particles are finer, making it much easier to apply! It doesn't set as quickly either, so tap it on with the applicator tip, then gently spread it with your fingers. (For reference, Kitten Karma dries super fast, making it incredibly adhesive..) Compared to Into the Blue, the blue pearls seem a bit more subtle? So it might be better for daily wear than Into the Blue!!! However... the blue pearls don't suit me well, so I couldn't use it much... This item could work well for warm-toned individuals, and it would be perfect for those who look great with pink-toned makeup. My skin is fair, but I suit orange and coral tones better than pink.. I thought I'd use it a lot, but that was just my imagination... The product quality is good, which makes it even more disappointing.. Also, if you only use the applicator tip, you might get some clumping as you can see in the photo below. You must spread it with your fingers! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAug 11, 2017
The pigmentation is truly outstanding. However... Are you aware that this product has been discontinued due to issues? If you visit the Stila official website, you'll find numerous complaints about the smell. If you're experiencing similar problems, please make sure to get a refund at the store. I just got mine refunded at Lohb's today... It's an eye product after all, and if there are any issues, it's understandably concerning. - ro****Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresJul 2, 2017
I was absolutely smitten the moment it came out, it took my breath away... I rushed to Lohb's but it was sold out. I pre-ordered and waited about 4 days to receive it. This is absolutely insane! I swatched the other two colors as well, and they're incredibly beautiful too. But among the summer limited editions, Sea Siren is overwhelmingly gorgeous... It's ethereal, mysterious, and just so beautiful, really... I originally planned to buy Kitten Karma but clicked and bought this instead - what a satisfying decision! The glitter particles seem smaller than Kitten Karma's, making it more wearable. Of course, the color might be a bit bold, but it's perfect for summer. When applied on the eyelids, the base purple color doesn't show much, and the glitter comes through naturally! No creasing either... When removing it, your whole face becomes a sparkling party time. You need to remove it thoroughly. If you're careless, you'll see leftover glitter when applying toner after cleansing. Also, control the amount! At first, I applied it to my eyelids and was so impressed that I wanted it to be more visible, so I really caked it on before going out... My face looked like mother-of-pearl inlay all day long. Apply moderately for the best look. And the price is too expensive I want to buy the other two summer limited editions too...
